When the terms become effective. The terms of the Agreement shall become final and binding only upon expiration of the revocation period provided in subparagraph 7(c) above. In other words, the effective date of this Agreement will be the 8th calendar day after you sign the Agreement, provided that you have not revoked the Agreement during the revocation period.
