When Remediation Program Required. No employee shall be placed on probation unless a completed Form B has been given to the employee and at least thirty (30) working days have been provided after the employee’s receipt of Form B to remediate the area(s) of deficiency(ies). No employee shall be given an unsatisfactory final evaluation unless a completed Form B has been given to the employee prior to May 1 and at least twenty (20) working days have been provided after the employee’s receipt of Form B to remediate the area(s) of deficiency(ies).
