When exporting Clause Samples

The "When exporting" clause sets out the requirements and responsibilities that apply when goods, services, or information are being sent from one country to another. Typically, this clause outlines compliance obligations with export laws and regulations, such as obtaining necessary licenses or ensuring that exported items are not sent to restricted destinations or parties. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties involved in the transaction adhere to applicable export controls, thereby reducing the risk of legal violations and penalties.
