When consent needed. Except as otherwise provided in Section 7.2 above, neither party shall disclose any terms or conditions of this Agreement to any third party without the prior consent of the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to the execution of this Agreement, the parties shall agree upon the substance of information that can be used to describe the terms of this transaction, and the parties may disclose only such information without the other party's consent.
