WG Obligations Clause Samples

WG Obligations. WG shall: (A) pay the Third Party Invoices received and presented for payment by Service Provider in compliance with Section 2.9.2(i); and (B) be [***] in respect of the Third Party Invoices; provided, however, that Service Provider submitted the applicable Third Party Invoices to WG for payment within a reasonable period of time prior to the date any such Third Party Invoice is due. [***] INDICATES MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FOR WHICH CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED. ALL SUCH OMITTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 24b-2 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED.
