Wet Pay Sample Clauses

Wet Pay. Where practicable, suitable water proof clothing shall be supplied by the employer to the employees who are required to work in the rain or places where water is falling from overhead. If in the performance of work an employee still gets their clothes wet, the employee must first seek authorisation from their direct supervisor to claim the Wet Pay allowance, which is to be paid at double rates up to the time the employee is able to then change into dry clothing (which is supplied by Boral or by the employee).
