West Plaza Sample Clauses

West Plaza. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep the West 24 Plaza (including without limitation all benches, lighting, trash receptacles, landscaping and the like) 25 clean and in good condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear, and except as Landlord may 26 otherwise elect under Section 6.01G, shall provide security services for the West Plaza, all in a 27 manner that meets or exceeds the standards for cleaning, maintenance and security at other public 28 plazas at the WTC; provided that all capital repairs and replacements needed for the West Plaza shall 29 be performed by Landlord. Tenant shall enforce Landlord's no-smoking policy on the West Plaza.
