Common use of Well Control Equipment Clause in Contracts

Well Control Equipment. Subject to Article IX, Contractor shall maintain its well control equipment listed in Appendices B and D in good condition at all times and shall use its best efforts to prevent and control fires and blowouts and to protect the hole.
