Welding Services the Contractor shall provide on-site welding services including portable spray welding and shall be capable of responding within eight (8) hours after notification. Machine shop welding services are required. All welding is to be performed by a certified welder. In the event that a welder’s helper is required prior written approval shall be obtained by the COUNTY and the labor rate allowable shall be 50% of the standard hourly rate bid for welding services.
