Welcome Packet Clause Samples
The Welcome Packet clause outlines the requirement for providing new clients or members with an introductory set of materials upon the start of their relationship with an organization. Typically, this packet includes essential information such as contact details, policies, procedures, and any necessary forms or resources to help the recipient become familiar with the organization’s operations. By ensuring that all relevant information is communicated upfront, this clause helps streamline onboarding, reduce confusion, and set clear expectations from the outset.
