Weight Loss Programs. This agreement does NOT cover drugs or programs designed for the purpose of weight loss including but not limited to, commercial diet plans, weight loss programs, and any services in connection with such plans or programs. The only exception is preventive obesity screening services required by PPACA and nutritional counseling. See Section 3.0 -
