Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Full-time employees on the active payroll with twenty-one (21) full years’ continuous service as of May 31st in any year shall be entitled to six (6) weeks’ vacation with pay calculated at the rate of six (6) weeks’ normal earnings.

Weeks Vacation. FullSubject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with twenty-one (211) full years’ continuous service as of May 31st in any year year, shall be entitled to six three (63) weeks’ vacation with pay pay, calculated at the rate of six three (63) weeks’ normal earnings.
