Common use of Weekly Fee Clause in Contracts

Weekly Fee. Applicable to all Residents Care costs are calculated based on an assessment of your needs. These fees can be reviewed at any time where there is a change in your needs. This could result in an increase or decrease in fees and will be based on a needs assessment. Any changes will be agreed with you and notice will be provided before any change in accordance with paragraph 4.2. Accommodation costs are set based on the living costs at the Home and the specific Bedroom features. These costs are subject to annual reviews and may therefore result in subsequent charge increases.
