Weekly Construction Progress Meetings Sample Clauses
The Weekly Construction Progress Meetings clause establishes a requirement for regular meetings between project stakeholders to review and discuss the status of construction activities. Typically, these meetings involve the contractor, owner, architect, and other relevant parties, and are scheduled at consistent intervals—usually once a week—at the project site or another agreed location. The main purpose of this clause is to facilitate clear communication, promptly address issues, and ensure that the project remains on schedule by providing a structured forum for updates and decision-making.
