Website Traffic. From and after the Closing Date, the Sellers shall promptly redirect all Internet traffic containing references to “Berlitz GlobalNET” or translation, localization and interpretation services that exist on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website to the Buyer’s website, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or to such other website as may be designated by the Buyer to the Sellers at least five Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
