PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law provides for more meaningful participation in public procurement by certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (“SDVOB”), thereby further integrating such businesses into New York State’s economy. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders are expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract.   • Terms and Conditions of Use PROMOTER shall display the official NASCAR logo, the official NASCAR Sprint Cup Series logo and the phrase “NASCAR-Sanctioned NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship Event” (collectively, the “Official Logos”) in all publicity, advertising and promotion relating to the Event, in accordance with Section 9.u) of this Agreement. The number and specific location of such displays and the color and size of the Official Logos shall be subject to NASCAR’s approval, and PROMOTER shall abide by and comply with all determinations and directives of NASCAR with respect to such matters. NASCAR may disapprove and prohibit PROMOTER’s actual or intended use of the NASCAR Marks in any location, media or publication if NASCAR determines that such use is or will be detrimental to NASCAR, to the Event, to the series of which the Event is a part, or to the sport.

  • Survival of Terms and Conditions The Parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the Agreement that require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of the Agreement shall survive such termination date and shall be enforceable in the event of a failure to perform or comply.
