Web Enhanced Clause Samples

The 'Web Enhanced' clause defines the use of online resources or digital content to supplement the primary subject matter of an agreement, such as educational materials or product documentation. This clause typically specifies that certain materials, updates, or features will be made available through a website or online platform, and may outline access requirements or limitations. Its core practical function is to ensure that parties have clear expectations regarding the availability and use of web-based enhancements, thereby facilitating access to up-to-date information and resources.
