Weather Call Clause Samples

Weather Call. In the case of the visual / on camera performance, the Practitioner is entitled to cancel the call on any day if the Practitioner is of the opinion that the performance should be terminated on that day due to adverse weather conditions. In this event, 100% of the fees specified in S14.2 will be payable.

Weather Call. Should the PERFORMER be notified of the possibility of a cancellation of a call because of adverse weather conditions, the PERFORMER shall nevertheless hold him available for the call. Should the services of the PERFORMER not be required due to such adverse weather conditions, such call shall be treated as a stand-by call and the PERFORMER shall be entitled to the remuneration provided in Clause 4.2 above; provided that should the PERFORMER be notified of the cancellation of a call because of adverse weather conditions less than 12 hours prior to the commencement of the call, the PERFORMER shall be entitled to full remuneration for the call, as if such notification had not been given.
