Common use of WE AGREE Clause in Contracts

WE AGREE. 20.2.1.1. to ensure that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data, to ensure the confidentiality of the Personal Data is maintained at all times and to ensure that personnel who receive Personal Data are under a duty of confidentiality;
