Watering. 1. Apply water in a manner to prevent erosion. Water plants deeply and thoroughly at the time of planting. Water after applying fertilizer called for in Subsection 702.3.05.H and as necessary to maintain enough moisture to promote plant growth. Use water reservoir bags if specified in plans or details.
