Waterborne Traffic Clause Samples
The Waterborne Traffic clause regulates the movement and management of vessels and other watercraft within a specified area, such as a port, harbor, or waterway. It typically outlines the rules for navigation, right-of-way, speed limits, and communication protocols to ensure safe and orderly passage. By establishing clear guidelines for waterborne operations, this clause helps prevent accidents, reduce congestion, and promote efficient use of shared waterways.
