Water Source Usage. Contractor shall have the right to use available water sources in the Contract Area for Petroleum Operations, which usage shall not interfere with the rights of other water users in the Contract Area, and provided that Contractor conducts such Petroleum Operations consistent with the international petroleum industry standards, norms and practices concerning water.
