Water Features. If a Property contains an above or below ground pool, lake or any body of water, Owner acknowledges that the city, county or municipality in which the Property is located may have different swimming pool barrier requirements than the respective Property’s state requirements and that Owner shall comply with all applicable state, city, county and municipal pool barrier requirements and/or any other requirements in connection with the installation of any necessary pool barrier at Owner’s cost and expense.
