Waste Tracking Spreadsheet. 13.20.3.1. Upon request of a Contract User, the Contractor shall provide a waste tracking spreadsheet for the previous year’s services by March 1st of each year. 13.20.3.2. The spreadsheet shall include the Contract User name, Contract User's container identification numbers, type and quantity of waste materials managed; date of pick up; name, and address of all facilities used to manage waste materials and process residuals; date of recycling, reuse or refurbishment, conversion, disposal and/or destruction of the 13.20.3.3. The Contractor shall provide the Contract User with an electronic spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel®. An example of a waste tracking spreadsheet is available upon request.
