The City, RCP, Bliss Sports and Bliss Sports II each warrant to each other with respect to itself that neither the execution of the Agreement nor the finalization of the transactions contemplated hereby shall: (i) violate any provision of law or judgment, writ, injunction, order or decree of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over it; or
