Common use of WARRANTY PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY PROCEDURES. Distributor shall return or otherwise make available the Cloud Software subject to a warranty claim to Avaya in accordance with Xxxxx's then current return procedures as defined by the Channel Policies, or as otherwise advised by Avaya, accompanied by evidence that Cloud Software remains entitled to warranty protection.
