Warrants Deemed Exercisable. For purposes solely of this Section 5, the number of Warrant Shares which the holder of any Warrant would have been entitled to receive had such Warrant been exercised in full at any time or into which any Warrant was exercisable at any time shall be determined assuming such Warrant was exercisable in full at such time, although such Warrant may not be exercisable in full at such time pursuant to Section 3.2(a).
