Warranties Required. Developer shall require the construction contractor and its subcontractors and agents to provide the warranties listed below. This warranty requirement is not intended to exclude, and shall not exclude, other implicit or explicit warranties or guarantees required or implied by law. All such warrantees shall be enforceable by and inure to the benefit of City.
