Each of the Warranties (other than the Fundamental Warranties) shall be deemed to be made in respect of each Warrantor to the knowledge and belief of such Warrantor, which knowledge and belief shall be interpreted to extend to those facts, matters and circumstances of which such Warrantor is actually aware as at the date of this Agreement having made reasonable enquiry of each other Warrantor and also such knowledge which such Warrantor would have had if they had made reasonable enquiry of the Relevant Persons.
