Warranties Cumulative. The warranties set forth in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other warranties provided in the Contract. All warranties provided in the Contract shall be cumulative, and shall be interpreted expansively so as to afford the Authorized Purchasers and the State the broadest warranty protection available.
