Warranties by Buyer Guarantor. 6.4.1 The Buyer Guarantor makes the warranties set forth in Schedule 2 (as if each reference therein to a Buyer were to the Buyer Guarantor) in favour of the Sellers as at the date of this Agreement and as at the date on which Completion occurs;
