The Warrant Agent will keep a register in which the Warrant Agent will provide for the registration of Call Warrants and the registration of transfers of Call Warrants representing numbers of Call Warrants. The Trustee and the Warrant Agent may treat the Person in whose name any Call Warrant is registered on such register as the owner thereof for all purposes, and the Trustee and the Warrant Agent shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.
