Common use of WARN Compliance Clause in Contracts

WARN Compliance. Seller has taken, as required by law, any and all actions necessary to comply with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN"), or state statute of similar import, with respect to any event of occurrence affecting the Facilities since the effective date of WARN.
