Warehouse Lender. In order for a warehouse lender to be designated an Approved Payee, Seller must submit to Bank of America a written request, including the name and address of the applicable warehouse lender, demonstrating a need for such designation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bank of America reserves the right to refuse to designate any warehouse lender as an Approved Payee.
Warehouse Lender. Buyer shall have received an electronic mail confirmation from any warehouse lender of Seller having a security interest in the Mortgage Loans, addressed to Buyer, releasing any and all right, title and interest in such Mortgage Loans, substantially in the form of an exhibit to the Custodial Agreement;
