Common use of Wallet Services Clause in Contracts

Wallet Services. Provider may elect to provide parking customers with a virtual wallet (a “wallet program”). With a wallet program, parking customers would be required to prepay funds into a wallet account for the payment of future parking fees and/or transit ticket fares. Provider and Passport shall agree in advance on the minimum amount required to fund the wallet.
