Walk. The City will provide employees with a taxable incentive of $20 per month to eligible employees who walk to work.

  • WORK CLOTHING a) The minimum clothing suitable for work at the facility or job location will be appropriate to the tasks being performed and when required by CCI facility management.

  • Work The definition of work, for overtime purposes only, includes:

  • NO WORK STOPPAGES The County and the Guild agree that the public interest 3 requires efficient and uninterrupted performance of County services and to this end pledge their best 4 efforts to avoid or eliminate any conduct contrary to this objective. Specifically, the Guild shall not 5 cause or condone any work stoppage, including any strike, slowdown, or refusal to perform any 6 customarily assigned duties, sick leave absence which is not bona fide, or other interference with 7 County functions by employees under this Agreement and, should same occur, the Guild agrees to 8 take appropriate steps to end such interference. Any concerted action by employees shall be deemed 9 a work stoppage if any of the above activities have occurred.

  • Inclement Weather 4:1 Employees who report for work on a workday or for prearranged work on a workday and are unable to work in the field because of inclement weather, heat or other causes, shall be paid for actual time worked, if any, but not less than two (2) hours at straight-time rates. Employees receiving subsistence as provided for in Section 5:2 shall continue to receive subsistence in addition to the amount provided for under this Section.

  • KITCHEN The kitchen is for warming purposes only. It is equipped with commercial freezer and refrigerator, two large microwaves, and deep sinks for clean-up. Please remember that if warm drinks are put in the refrigerator, it may take a long time for the drinks to get cold. The Xxxxxxx Park District does not provide catering.

  • WORK STOPPAGES The City and the Union signatory to this Agreement agree that the public interest requires the efficient and uninterrupted performance of all City service, and to this end pledge their best efforts to avoid or eliminate any conduct contrary to this objective. During the term of this Agreement, the Union and/or the employees covered by this Agreement shall not cause or engage in any work stoppage, strike, slow down or other interference with City functions. Employees covered by this Agreement who engage in any of the foregoing actions may be subject to such disciplinary actions as may be determined by the City.

  • WORK STOPPAGE 6.1 The City and the Union agree that the public interest requires the efficient and uninterrupted performance of all City services, and to this end pledge their best efforts to avoid or eliminate any conduct contrary to this objective. During the term of this Agreement, the Union and/or the employees covered by this Agreement shall not cause or engage in any work stoppage, strike, slowdown, or other interference with City functions. Employees covered by this Agreement who engage in any of the foregoing actions shall be subject to such disciplinary actions as may be determined by the City; including, but not limited to, the recovery of any financial losses suffered by the City.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • Overbuilds Embarq will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Embarq has deployed a FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop parallel to, or in replacement of, an existing loop facility, except that:

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
