Waivers of Notice. Whenever any notice whatever is required to be given by law, the Declaration of Trust or these By-Laws, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to said notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent thereto. A notice shall be deemed to have been telegraphed, cabled or wired for the purposes of these By-Laws when it has been delivered to a representative of any telegraph, cable or wire company with instructions that it be telegraphed, cabled or wired.
