Common use of Waivers and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Remedies. No failure by the Collateral Agent to exercise, nor any delay by the Collateral Agent in exercising, any right or remedy under this Assignment shall operate as a waiver thereof nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other such right or remedy.
