Common use of Waivers and Limitations Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Limitations. 53. The Company shall expressly waive all rights to a speedy trial pursuant to the Sixth Amendment of the United Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code, Section 3161, Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(b), and any applicable Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, for the period that this DPA is in effect for any prosecution of the Company relating to the allegations set forth in the criminal complaint described in paragraph 2 above.
