Common use of Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns. None of the terms or provisions of this Security Agreement may be waived, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto, each of the Group Agents and the Surety Provider and with prior written notice thereof to S&P and Xxxxx'x. This Security Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto and shall inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.

This Section 11 hereof, this Security Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto Debtor and shall inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto Lender and their its successors and assigns.
