WAIVER, VARIATION AND RELEASE. 7.1 No failure or delay by a party in exercising any claim, remedy, right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any claim, remedy, right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of any other claim, right, power or privilege.
