Waiver of Terms and Conditions. Failure of Licensee or Licensor to enforce or insist upon compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or failure to give notice or declare this Agreement or the licenses granted hereunder terminated shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any such term, condition or act but the same shall be and remain at all times in full force and effect.
