Waiver of Subrogation - Allocation and Payment of Premium. Each insurance policy obtained by a party hereto shall contain waivers of subrogation against the other party, if obtainable from the insurer. The aggregate cost of all insurance, applicable to the Generation Facilities and procured by Operator pursuant to this Agreement, shall be considered an operating cost subject to reimbursement under Section 4.1. In the event that any of the foregoing insurance policies is canceled by a party, that party shall give written notice of such cancellation to the other party sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such cancellation.
