Common use of Waiver of Statute of Limitations Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Statute of Limitations. Debtor hereby waives the right to assert any statute of limitations as a defense to the Obligations (including the indebtedness, liabilities and obligations under and pursuant to this Instrument, the Note, the Credit Agreement and any other instrument evidencing, securing or otherwise relating to the Obligations), to the fullest extent not prohibited by applicable law.
