Waiver of Rights of Recovery and Subrogation. The Contractor hereby waives its rights of recovery from the SJRA with regard to all causes of property and/or liability loss and shall cause a waiver of subrogation endorsement to be provided in favor of SJRA on all insurance coverage carried by the Contractor, whether required herein or not.
