Waiver of Right to Contest Jurisdiction. Each party waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that the party may now or later have to the laying of venue of any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement brought in any court of the State of Utah sitting in Salt Lake City, or the United States District Court for the District of Utah; and any claim that any action or proceeding brought in any court specified in this Section 11.13 has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
