Common use of Waiver of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future law in the event this Lease is terminated, or in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant is evicted or dispossessed for any cause, by reason of violation by Tenant of any of the provisions of this Lease.

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future law in the event this Lease is terminated, or laws in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant is Tenant's being evicted or dispossessed for any cause, or in the event of Landlord's obtaining possession of the Leased Premises, by reason of for the violation by Tenant of any of the provisions covenants or conditions of this Lease, or otherwise.

Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under redemption, if any, arising in conjunction with this Lease, as a result of Landlord’s exercise of any present or future law in the event remedy regarding this Lease is terminatedlease, or in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant is evicted or dispossessed for any cause, by reason of violation by Tenant of any of the provisions of this Leaseotherwise.

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives and surrenders any and all rights of redemption granted by right or privilege under any present or future constitution, statute or law in to redeem the event Premises or to continue this Lease is terminated, or in after the event termination of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant is evicted or dispossessed this Lease for any causereason, by reason of violation by Tenant and the benefits of any present or future constitution, statute or rule of the provisions of this Leaselaw which exempts property from liability for debt or for distress for rent.

Tenant Concessionaire hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future law to Concessionaire in connection with the event this Lease is terminated, eviction or in the event dispossession of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant is evicted or dispossessed Concessionaire for any cause, by reason cause or on account of violation by Tenant an Event of any of the provisions of this LeaseDefault.
