Waiver of Punitive or Consequential Damages. Neither Lender nor Borrower shall be responsible or liable to the other or to any other Person for any punitive, exemplary or consequential damages which may be alleged as a result of the Loan or the transaction contemplated hereby, including any breach or other default by any party hereto.
