Common use of Waiver of Objection Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Objection. Settlement Class members who fail to file and to serve timely written objections in the manner and by the deadline specified above shall be deemed to have waived any objections and shall be foreclosed from making any objection (whether by appeal or otherwise) to the Settlement Agreement, Fee Application, or any payment identified herein or awarded by the Court.
