Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. To the fullest extent permitted by the Act, each Member hereby disclaims, waives and agrees not to assert: (i) any dissenters’ or similar rights under the Act; (ii) any right to require partition or appraisal of the Company or of any of its assets, or to cause the sale of any Company Property; or (iii) any right to maintain any action for partition or to compel any sale with respect to such Member’s Units, or with respect to any Company Property.
